Collaborations and Collections

A long standing winner for collections campaigns relied on high impact headlines and spartan graphics to tell the reader they were behind on payments and offer solutions.

We wanted to build brand love and increase collections. Consumer researched helped us better understand our customer’s emotions at that difficult time. We informed our customers of the options available to them and how we could help them get through the challenging situation.

By taking a positive, collaborative tone, adding inspirational and aspirational imagery our customers felt like they weren’t alone and that we were there to help them through the process.

For this new campaign,  5-7 emails were sent based on the customer’s financial situation, email interaction and open rates. The campaign increased open rate percentages and collections by double figures, beating the old campaign results. We even had numerous positive comments from customers. Not bad for bill collections.
